Full Job Description

Housing Advisor (2.5 days / 17.5 hours per week) 

Permanent contract

Grade 5,  £28,534 - £30,572 pro-rata


Job purpose: 


We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Housing Advisor to join our high performing, forward thinking team.

Working within the Find My Home team, you will help to provide a comprehensive housing advice service to our applicants for housing. This is an exciting and varied role that includes assessing housing applications, placing property adverts, providing housing options advice and dealing with a broad range of enquiries.

You must be able to demonstrate a customer first approach and be able to manage a varied workload in a fast paced environment. Full training and support will be provided to ensure that you can deliver an excellent service to our customers.
