About the Role

In the role of Housing Assistant, you will:

• Provide administrative support to the Housing Officers
• Contribute as a member of the Dundee East Housing Team carrying out a hybrid role in our Tom Johnston Road Dundee office and at home
• Provide advice and assistance to customers on all aspects of housing including allocations and tenancy matters and carry out a varied admin role

About You

You will:

• Be qualified to SCQF Level 5 in administration
• Have previous experience of working in a busy face paced environment
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Be enthusiastic, confident, reliable and highly motivated
• Have previous experience of working in the Housing Sector or similar setting would is advantageous 
• Have excellent IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
