We have a permanent opportunity to join our friendly and supportive team as a Housing Projects Officer.  You will play a key role in delivering East Renfrewshire Councils open market property acquisition programme.   You will also be working on a range of capital projects from initial feasibility and design and through procurement, construction and completion.

We need someone who has relevant experience in project management within housing, construction or the built environment, with strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Ideally, the successful post holder will have experience of purchasing properties from the open market and delivering affordable or public sector housing projects.  You will also be customer focused and aim to provide the highest level of service to internal and external stakeholders.

*Hybrid employees are considered workplace based first, but they will have a level of flexibility to work from home up to 40% of their working week, if it is not to the detriment of their current tasks, team requirements or service needs.
