Housing Support Assistant - Temporary

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Housing Association for a Housing Administrator to join their busy housing services team- Housing experience is highly desired.

The role will be paid at 27-30k and will be ASAP until the end of May initially with scope to extend. The role is office based.

You will provide essential administrative support to the housing management function, ensuring accurate records, handling tenant enquiries, processing correspondence, and supporting colleagues with tenancy, rent, and repairs administration.

Key duties include updating housing management systems, responding to customer queries, preparing documents and reports, and supporting the smooth delivery of housing services.

They are looking for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, good communication abilities, and experience in a housing-related environment.
