Full Job Description

Our client, global leaders in the delivery of offshore projects and services for the energy industry are recruiting for a HR Administration Supervisor to join their HR Resource Centre (HRC) team on a 12 month fixed term basis due to an internal restructure.


Duties:

  • Supervise the HR administration function, supported by HR Administrators, to ensure tasks are executed to a high standard throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, offering support and guidance on all HR aspects to the team.
  • Provide direction, support, and coaching to direct reports, fostering the continuous development of in-house capabilities.
  • Regularly update the HR Manager, identifying and escalating potential service delivery issues.
  • Ensure that UK HR policies, processes and systems are reviewed and maintained on the Business Management System.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level or qualified with relevant work experience.
  • CIPD qualified
  • Understanding of the employee lifecycle and UK employment law.
  • Experience of delivering policy and process improvement.

Contract:

  • 12 months with the potential to lead to longer term or permanent opportunities.

Hours of Work:

  • Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week (4 days in the office, 1 day from home)
