Full Job Description

HR Administrator

Location: Hybrid working in Grangemouth

Contract: 6-month FTC with scope for the role to become permanent

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (flexible start times)

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR communications and queries  
  • Assist with payroll and HR reporting  
  • Maintain HR data and records  
  • Coordinate training and provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle  
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and support HR projects  

About You:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar HR role and possess strong communication and organisational skills. You should have excellent attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
