Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next challenge? Iconic Resourcing is delighted to be supporting a client in recruiting an HR Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing essential HR support and contributing to exciting projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees.
• Manage employee relations and absence cases.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Update and maintain the HRIS and produce reports.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmes.
• Administer benefits and assist with payroll processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar HR role.
• CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• IT literate and experienced in using HR systems
