Your new role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join the HRteam based at the Glasgow Head Office. In this varied and hands‑onrole, you will support managers and employees across a broad range of employeerelations matters, helping to maintain best practice and a positive workplaceculture. This is an excellentopportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholdersand making a real impact.
Key responsibilitiesinclude:
- Providing expert advice to General Managers and employees on all employee relations matters
- Supporting discipline, grievance and absence management cases
- Interpreting and applying HRpolicies and procedures consistently across the business
- Monitoring absence levels and analysing HR data, trends and processes
- Supporting Health & Safetyadministration and record‑keeping
- Delivering accurate and timelygeneral HR administration
To be successful as anHR Advisor, you will bring:
- Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar employee relations‑focused role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment practices
- Confidence advising managers and employees on sensitive people matters
- A methodical approach to managing absence data and HR records
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in supporting people and continuous improvement
