Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent, full time (36.25hours per week) HR Advisor, based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington with a salary of £36,421 - £39,061 per annum. If you are looking for an exciting new role, this is a great opportunity to join the HR Team at CCHA as our new HR Advisor. To be successful in the role you will have skills and experience that includes:
- Providing a professional HR advisory service that supports managers to comply with best practice
- Coaching and mentoring managers on people performance strategies and capability building
- Guiding and supporting managers through the whole employee life cycle, recruitment to exit
- Offering support and guidance with employee relations matters including formal investigations
- Ensuring a fair and consistent application of policies and employment legislation
- Using HR data to improve processes and service delivery
- Acting as first point of contact and providing excellent outcomes to employee queries
- Supporting employee wellbeing initiatives
