including investigations, disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence casesCoordinating recruitment activity from vacancy approval through to onboarding and inductionWorking closely with hiring managers and the central resourcing team to ensure vacancies are progressed efficientlyBuilding strong working relationships across the wider HR community, including shared services and regional teamsMonitoring and proactively managing employee relations cases and suspensionsSupporting HR reporting, data analysis and continuous improvement initiativesAssisting with local HR projects and people-focused initiativesDeputising for the HR Business Partner on identified topics and meetingsPlease see attached job description for further information regarding the role requirementsThe Ideal CandidateEssentialPrevious experience working within an HR functionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesAbility to
