HR Business Analyst

We're recruiting ... HR Business Analyst (12-month FTC)

Location: Market Drayton / Hybrid (3 days per week on-site)

Contract: Full-Time, 12-month FTC

Hours: Monday-Friday (40 hours)

As a HR Business Analyst, you will help facilitate change by reviewing existing business processes and systems and defining requirements to support the business and drive efficiencies. You will provide a vital link between the Business and the Systems teams, understanding both elements to provide a channel for change.

What you'll do

  • Requirement gathering from the SME population
  • Learn and understand existing processes and systems to assist with change through project life cycle
  • Ensure projects support the business with requirements gathering and documentation
  • Define future state architecture for projects
  • Facilitate communication between project and business stakeholders, developers and software application engineers
  • Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research
  • Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies
  • Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems
  • Run workshops and training sessions
