About the Role:


This is a fantastic opportunity to join COPFS’ Human Resources division as part of the Analytics and Management Information Team. In this role you will develop your data analysis skills as you work to support the team in producing multiple reports that provide insights on staffing and absence trends across the business.


This is a data focused role where you will utilise the training provided to ensure quality assurance and accuracy in every aspect of your work. This role sits within the wider HR function where you will be supported in all aspects of your work and development. This role will allow you to build relationships with multiple teams across both HR and the wider organisation, as you work to ensure data reports are recorded consistently across teams.


This role will suit you if you enjoy problem solving and have a desire to advance your analytical skills and learn how data usage can impact an organisation and the wider Civil Service.
