HR Systems Analyst

FT Recruitment has been asked to partner with our international energy-sector client, managing their recruitment process for an HR Systems Analyst to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Systems professional to take responsibility for the administration, support and optimisation of HR systems, helping to ensure data integrity, effective system functionality and continued process improvement.

Key Duties:

• Act as the main point of contact for HR systems queries, managing tickets, troubleshooting issues and escalating where required.
• Conduct regular system audits and work with HR teams to resolve data issues and maintain data integrity.
• Maintain a strong understanding of HR processes and ensure HRIS functionality remains fit for purpose.
• Monitor HRIS updates and new functionality, communicating relevant changes to HR management and key stakeholders.
• Analyse user requirements and existing processes, identifying opportunities for automation and system improvements.
• Support the review, development, testing and implementation of revised HRIS functionality.
• Maintain and communicate HRIS user guides for HR teams, managers and employees.
• Coordinate HRIS user training alongside HR management and subject matter experts.
• Produce scheduled management reports and respond to ad hoc reporting requirements.
• Support HRIS-related projects, data privacy requirements and internal audit activities.
• Manage user access and security roles while driving automation and process efficiency across HR functions.

We’re looking for an experienced HR System professional with a strong understanding of HR processes, systems and data flows. You’ll ideally hold an HR or Information Systems-related qualification and have at least two years’ experience within an HR or HRIS environment. Experience administering and configuring a recognised HRIS is essential, with SAP SuccessFactors experience highly desirable. You’ll be comfortable supporting users across different countries, analysing system and process requirements, and identifying opportunities to improve and automate HR processes. Strong communication skills are essential, alongside good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
