HRIS Analyst - SuccessFactors

Experteer Overview As HRIS Analyst you will administer and optimize the HRIS to ensure data integrity, accurate reporting, and efficient HR processes. You will act as the HR systems point of contact, support the SME, and drive automation across HR tasks. You will manage audits, user access, training coordination, and cross-country support, while maintaining privacy and compliance. • Act as custodian of the HR Systems Admin ticketing system and respond to queries and issues promptly Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and escalate when needed Conduct regular system audits and coordinate HR corrections Maintain understanding of Group HR processes to ensure HRIS fit-for-purpose Keep up to date with new HRIS functionality and releases Communicate relevant information to HR management / SME Analyze requirements and automate HR processes where possible Assist with review, development, testing, and rollout of HRIS functionality Update and publish HRIS user guides for HR, managers, and employees Coordinate user training with HR management / SME Provide management reports and handle ad hoc reporting requests Undertake ad hoc HRIS projects Ensure compliance with data privacy and internal audit requirements Manage user access and security roles Drive automation and process efficiency initiatives across HR functions Tasks HR or information systems related qualification 2+ years' experience in HR and/or HRIS Proficient in HRIS administration and configuration Preferably 2+ years SAP SuccessFactors Experience working with users across different countries Effective communication skills in English Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Key requirements
