Macphie Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resource Administrator to join our dedicated HR team. As an HR Administrator, you will be essential in supporting daily HR operations, maintaining employee records, and assisting with the recruitment process. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help ensure that all human resources functions run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for processing employee paperwork, administering benefits, and responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. - Assist in recruitment by posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Process employee onboarding and offboarding documentation.
- Administer employee benefits programs and respond to related inquiries.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a relevant administrative role. - Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
