IFA Sales Support Administrator

Eden Scott's client is currently seeking an IFA Administrator to work for a prestigious Chartered Financial Planning company based in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will work alongside Financial Planners and Advisor Support team.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration support to the team on a daily basis, with duties include but are not limited to; New Business
• Processing, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our 'Curo' back office system
• Contacting clients, liaising with providers, updating online systems and producing valuations.
• Dealing with Ad-hoc administration projects
• Managing own diary and workload

Person Specification

• The ideal candidate shall have a minimum of 6- 12 months experience providing administrative support to a financial adviser within a financial planning firm however my client would consider someone from a pensions background or exposure to platforms looking to break into the advisory side of things.
• In addition, you should have excellent communication and organisation skills, experience submitting new business applications and navigating various platforms, would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Qualifications are preferable, however not essential.
• You will benefit from training and mentoring whilst working with our team.
