momentum.Track delivery and business impact through simple dashboards and KPI reporting, partnering with Finance and functional leaders to validate results.Prepare concise sponsor updates, governance readouts, and decision-ready recommendations.Drive adoption and sustainment so changes are implemented effectively and benefits continue beyond the initial 90 days.Skills/Education Required Proven success leading fast-cycle delivery, turnaround initiatives, or transformation programs with clear KPI ownership.Strong stakeholder leadership and the ability to influence without authority across functions, regions, and seniority levels.Comfort with data, dashboards, and business cases, including tracking baselines, targets, and benefits realization.Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to simplify complexity and drive decisions.Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, or Lean certification is
