Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Glasgow to hire an Import Administrator on a 12 month FTC.

Duties:

• Co-ordinating internal import declaration process
• Compiling all documentation to upload into the Customs Agents portal
• Managing communications between, customs agent, suppliers, hauliers etc to obtain all required documentation in accordance with required time-lines
• Chasing suppliers for outstanding information
• Maintaining imports spreadsheets
• Chasing customs agents for outstanding customs clearance for imports
• Sharing import declaration documents with suppliers & hauliers
• Ensuring compliance with import process requirements throughout the supply chain

Interviews will be held this week onsite.
