Full Job Description
The Incident Management Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the incident management system. This role is pivotal in maintaining system integrity, managing user access, and providing timely support to stakeholders. By effectively handling system updates and user queries, the Incident Management Administrator contributes to the overall efficiency and security of the organisation's incident management processes.
+ Proven experience in an administrative role
+ Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to communicate concisely and effectively
+ Excellent IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software and previous experience of working with databases
+ Ability to use initiative when required and take a problem-solving approach to work tasks
