These projects are dynamic, exciting, and full of challenges. We're seeking someone who thrives on solving problems, enjoys breaking down complex business issues, uniting teams, and guiding stakeholders through the process. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you! This role involves working across multiple teams and functions, so building strong connections and managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels is crucial. Agility, resilience, and exceptional multitasking skills are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment. A successful candidate is likely to have:
  • Extensive previous experience in project management (3-5 years)
  • Prior exposure to consumer and commercial roles
  • Fantastic stakeholder management
  • Agility and ability to manage multiple projects
  • While experience in consumer research is a bonus, it's not a must. Most importantly, we're looking for someone passionate about innovation and driven to deliver impactful results. We embrace learning and growth, and there is plenty of scope to develop in this role. You're also likely to bring experiences that are not listed above - these are welcome, but a core understanding of stakeholder communications is important.

Every one of our colleagues has a role to play as we dream big, set bold ambitions and push the boundaries. We support colleagues on this journey with development opportunities and unique experiences to help them reach their full potential.
