Interim Management Accountant

iMultiply is working in partnership with a rapidly growing company in the search for an Interim Management Accountant for a 3 month temporary contract . This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to add value working within an innovative business.

The Role

The primary purpose of this contract is to support the Financial Controller in achieving consistent and accurate management accounts. This position offers an exciting opportunity to a Qualified or QBE accountant who is looking to gain experience in an expanding and thriving business. 

As the Management Accountant, you will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, including key balance sheet reconciliations
• Assisting with monthly reports, involving analysis of actuals against budget and forecasting
• Journals
• Ad hoc tasks to support the finance team

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:

• Excellent administration skills and ability to analyse data
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel is essential
• Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of numeracy and accuracy
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

On Offer

The position of Management Accountant offers a competitive hourly rate, equivalent to a £50-55k yearly salary. This position can be based in the office or under a hybrid working format in their Glasgow office, with fantastic public transport links available.
