Interim Senior Analyst, Record-To-Report Banking (Initially 12months Fixed Term COntract)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Interim Senior Analyst to join our Banking team within Hilton's Glasgow Centre of Excellence. Reporting to the Manager, Banking, you will play a key role in delivering Treasury Accounting and banking processes that support our hotels.

What you'll do

• Complete daily bank reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
• Support month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations and reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal financial procedures.
• Analyse banking data, identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Partner with hotels, corporate functions and external stakeholders to support banking operations.
• Contribute to projects, change initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

What we're looking for

• Experience in Accounting, Treasury or Banking.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Progress towards a recognised accounting qualification is advantageous.
