IT Network Analyst

FT Recruitment Group are supporting a growing IT Managed Service Provider with the recruitment of an IT Network Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will have a stronger focus on network administration and management, alongside providing 1st and 2nd line IT support across a varied client base.

Reporting to senior management, the position will be based in Aberdeen, with some local travel required to client sites as required, so applicants should hold a full driving licence.

Candidates should ideally have experience in a similar IT support or network-focused role, with a good understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory and networking fundamentals. Experience supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure, managing user accounts and permissions, and resolving connectivity issues would be particularly beneficial.
