Requirements

You will have a Degree, Postgraduate qualification or HND in an IT related subject and/or have significant relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

You will ​work as part of the Network and Telephony Team and lead on the successful delivery of Network and Telephony projects. You will play a key role in the design, implementation and support of all aspects of the Council network and telephony service. You will act as technical lead on areas of network and telephony, carrying out installation, maintenance, support, upgrades, fault diagnosis and repair.

The Individual

You will have experience in IT Service Delivery, installation and support of network and telephony technologies. You will hold a current driving licence, with a flexible approach, and a willingness to work out of hours where necessary. A satisfactory Disclosure Scotland Level 1 check is required.
