IT Service Management Process Architect

Experteer Overview In this role, you will shape and evolve a tooling-aligned Service Management framework to strengthen the end-to-end service value chain and digital experience. You'll develop clear process and capability architectures, showing how tooling, data, and governance fit together to improve performance and service outcomes. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to align roadmaps with wider priorities and enable visibility across the service value chain. This is a chance to influence architecture and governance at scale within SSE's IT ecosystem and support the energy transition mission. Pay / Benefits
