Full Job Description
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support issues, escalating where necessary.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to laptop hardware, Microsoft Office 365, Windows OS, printers, network connectivity, and other core systems.
- Provide support remotely, over the phone, and in person when required.
- Assist in maintaining and updating IT documentation, asset records, and support procedures.
- Help achieve companywide ISO 27001 accreditation.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, Exchange Online, Azure and other systems., RSK Group Limited and each of its subsidiary companies (we) are responsible for deciding how we hold and use personal information about you. - Proven experience in an IT Support or similar technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange Online, Azure, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Good understanding of IT hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Full UK Driving license, Information generated by us in the course of assessing your suitability to work for us, conducting interviews, and, if successful, offering you a position and onboarding, Identification documentation, National Insurance number, Right to Work data, references, etc.
