Joiner

When it comes to your career, we deliver everything we promise too. Whilst experience is preferred, we provide full on-the-job training to all new operatives to ensure all new starts have the skills to carry out the role. As a Joiner, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting team to carry out works in accordance with the appropriate construction industry building standards
• Assembling of timber frame panels and floor/roof cassettes
• Maintaining good housekeeping within your work area
• Reporting any accidents/near misses immediately
• Ensuring awareness of, and compliance with, the Quality and Health & Safety policies and procedures
• You are required to comply with the Company Health and Safety - Policies, Procedures, and Safe Systems of Work
  
  Great attention to detail
• Able to work from own initiative or as part of a team
• Ability to read construction drawings (training will be provided)
• General Health, Safety & Environmental awareness
• Good numerate skills
• Previous experience in timber frame is desired, however full training will be provided on the job
