Full Job Description

FinTech RS are currently supporting our client, a local family business in Aberdeen, to find an Junior Administration Assistant to join their team on a full time basis. This role is a great opportunity for a school leaver or someone who may have a HND/HNC and is looking for their first office role. This role is entry level and all training will be provided by our client. This role is 100% office based Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm, with onsite parking and an onsite gym.

Key responsibilities in this role:

 

·       Providing administrative support to various departments and team members across the business

·       Supporting clients with queries with orders and requirements

·       Raising job tickets and pricing/ invoicing these appropriately post completion

·       Preparing and producing invoices, on both a daily and monthly basis

·       Data entry and producing reports via excel

Experience required for this role:

·       No previous experience required but exposure in within hospitality, retail or reception work is attractive for this role

·       Good communication and organisation skills with a keen interest to learn

·       Strong attention to detail

·       Good telephone manner and people skills

·       Previous experience within an administrative role is advantageous but not essential
