Onsite 5 days per week (hours 9-5, or 8.30-4.30)

Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Glasgow to hire a Junior Finance Assistant on a permanent basis.

Duties will include:

• Processing high volume invoices per day
• Matching, batching, coding invoices
• Dealing with queries
• Supplier Statement Recs
• Preparing Payment Runs
• Liaising with Suppliers daily
