You'll be working directly with the Store and Deputy Managers, learning the ropes, and taking on responsibilities that will keep the store buzzing. • Crafting an unforgettable shopping experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
• Keeping a close eye on sales performance and helping to boost those numbers.
• Hitting KPIs and driving profitability - because success is our middle name!
• Supporting your team by recruiting, managing, and motivating them to smash store objectives.
• Ensuring all company standards are top-notch and consistently maintained.
