Kitchen Assistant - Greenan Manor

Your role as a Meallmore Kitchen Assistant will include:

• Keeping the kitchen areas clean and tidy


• Supporting the catering team with basic food preparation as they create seasonal meals for our residents


• Properly cleaning and sanitising all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene


• Assist with specialist dietary requirements


• Serve nutritional meals
  
  Basic knowledge of food preparation


• Basic knowledge of food hygiene


• The ability to stand for extended periods.


• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• The ability to work in a team.


• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  Our friendly team at Meallmore are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join them in Greenan Manor Care Home. Greenan Manor Care Home, situated in picturesque Doonfoot, South Ayrshire, opened in January 2021 and offers a selection of high quality ensuite rooms featuring a range of modern conveniences. Salary: £11.50 per hour + benefits + overtime

Hours: 25.5 per week
