Kitchen Porter

Clean kitchen and equipment as per company house rules
Follow food handling and safety procedures
Assist with basic food preparation, washing, peeling, chopping
Assist with food deliveries and stock rotation
Empty bins and recycle items as per house rules
Comply with H&S
Progressing to plate preparation, dessert plating, following recipes and preparing food Key Requirements
Passion for food and drink and be keen to learn in a busy kitchen
