Kitchen Porter

• Keep workstations and kitchen equipment clean and sanitised.
• Wash and store pots, crockery, and utensils properly.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the pot wash area and machinery.
• Serve and replenish food from counters and steamtables and break down stations at the end of meal periods
• Help with stock deliveries and rotation.
  
  A positive attitude, professionalism, and respect for others
• The ability to stay on your feet and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills (e.g. food safety, health & hygiene)
• No previous experience needed - just the right mindset and a team-first approach.
