Labourer / Machine Operator

Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for a Labourer/Machine Operator to join our client in Cumbernauld on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

Pay rate: 11.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 4:30pm. Friday, 7:30am to 12:30pm

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Manual handling
• Heavy lifting of metal sheets
• Operating machinery in the production process
• General labouring duties

The ideal Labourer/Machine Operator will have:

• Previous experience manually handling heavy materials
• Previous experience in a production environment (not essential as cross-training can be provided)
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• A good level of physical fitness
