The Role:

As Landscape Supervisor, you will lead a team of skilled professionals to deliver high-quality soft and hard landscaping projects. Your role will involve planning, coordinating and executing various landscaping projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a skilled landscaping team to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

• Oversee day-to-day planning, scheduling and organisation of landscaping works.

• Collaborate with clients to bring their landscaping visions to life.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

• Manage tools, equipment and plant to maintain operational efficiency.

• Uphold and enforce health and safety regulations across all projects.

About You:

We are looking for a detail-oriented leader with strong project management skills and a passion for landscaping. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable and dedicated to fostering long-term growth within our company.

Essential Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction, tools, equipment and plant.
• Proven experience in supervising and managing teams.
• Strategic mindset with a drive for professional growth.
• Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations.
