Lead Operative

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will bring your experience to work within our site team ensuring the day to day delivery of our programme, working closely with a Ganger assisting in the organising of resource, plant and materials to deliver the works You will be expected to set standards and act as a mentor to our less experienced team members.

If you have experience working in a civils environment, then we would love to hear from you., Experience in civils

Full driving licence

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels

Have ability work flexibly, including lodging away, weekends and unsociable hours
