You will be an enthusiastic and committed professional who will join a team of Learning Support Advisors within the Inclusion and Student Services team. You will lead on the provision of needs-led, personalised learning support to students across College. In particular, you will be involved in undertaking initial needs assessments with students and making recommendations for support, taking into account the learning and teaching context of the student's course.

You will have excellent communication skills and be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and competing priorities, work well alongside colleagues and be flexible to meet the demands of the post and the varying needs of students and staff.

You should hold a degree or equivalent qualification in education/teaching and ideally hold the PDA Inclusiveness or be working towards it or a similar qualification. Proven experience of supporting students with a wide range of additional support needs is desirable as is an awareness/experience of assistive technologies and learning aids & equipment and supporting students with mental health concerns.
