Full Job Description

As a Consultant in the business you'll help set the direction, driving forward the business, model our values and behaviours, and coach and develop junior members of the team.

As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories :

  • Business Development Leading / contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.

  • Internal contribution Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.

  • Learning & development Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

    Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.

  • Experience of proposition building and delivery.

  • Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and / or in industry but having a Consulting background.

  • Proven experience in understanding and delivering Learning Business Cases and manage complex tasks within a workstream and deliver workshops within the programme.

  • Experience in identifying, overseeing, and implementing Learning Management Systems and Learning Experience Platforms including activities from managing content, costs, and licencing.

  • Skilled at developing and applying expertise in areas including skills and learning frameworks, learning strategy, learning programs, learning needs assessment and gap analysis.

  • Can effectively utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness and business impact of client's learning functions and drive innovative solutions for clients.

  • Proven experience in skills based-organisation transformation is a bonus.

  • Excited about trends in the learning industry and ideating innovative and unique industry leading learning solutions for our clients.

    In your role you will engage with a range of clients to shape and deliver sustainable business outcomes through a variety of programmes which are designed to help clients rapidly adapt to, and navigate through, complex Learning Transformations.

    Partnering with our clients across all industries, you will leverage your expertise to capture, analyse, and document business processes and requirements, and participate in designing solutions to address business requirements and improve people experience.

    You will be generating innovative ideas and frameworks to help solve problems, provide hands on delivery, and create insightful fact-based findings and recommendations, identifying and delivering on-sell or new sales opportunities.

    Through enabling clients to succeed, you will help Capgemini Invent to maintain its position as the market leader in Digital Transformation consulting.
