Learning & Workforce Reinvention - Management Consulting Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you lead learning and workforce transformation engagements within Accenture's Talent Reinvention practice, leveraging AI-powered capability-building to supersede traditional training. You design and deliver end-to-end programs, guide platform and content ecosystems, and advise on operating models to scale skilling across large workforces. You collaborate with CHROs/CLOs and senior stakeholders to shape learning strategy, solutions, and business impact, while contributing to market-building initiatives. Pay / Benefits

• Lead end-to-end client engagements in learning and workforce transformation, owning delivery and outcomes Oversee learning experience design, content development, platform implementation, and stakeholder engagement Architect enterprise-scale skilling solutions including content ecosystems, platform strategy, and operating models Connect learning initiatives with wider talent and transformation projects (organization design, change, workforce strategy) Advise on modern learning technology ecosystems and AI-enabled platforms, guiding senior stakeholders Design and lead enterprise AI skilling programs focused on role-based capabilities Drive business development through opportunity shaping, proposals, and client account growth Coach and develop junior team members and contribute to practice development assets Tasks Track record of leading end-to-end client engagements in learning or workforce transformation Consulting or projects-based background with outcomes-focused delivery Comfort across talent and transformation agenda beyond learning alone Experience with modern learning tech ecosystems and AI-enabled learning platforms Commercial capability and experience in business development and proposals Experience engaging senior stakeholders across learning, talent and business functions Ability to design scalable skilling solutions for large populations Leadership experience in delivering complex engagements Key requirements 30 days' vacation per year private medical insurance 3 extra days leave per year for charitable work
