Full Job Description
- Liaising with internal and external clients by email, telephone and face to face.
- Opening and closing client files.
- Carrying out client identity checks.
- Preparing and amending documents.
- Dictation and audio typing.
- Assisting with general administrative duties.
- Diary management.
We are seeking a Legal Secretary to join our Commercial Real Estate team working alongside our fee-earners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience working within commercial property and wants to join a friendly and supportive team. You will also interact with clients and have a professional manner in order to meet the needs of both internal and external clients, whilst demonstrating our core values. - Previous experience of working within a Commercial or Residential Property department is preferred but not essential., Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- You will have the ability to develop strong working relationships within the team as well as communicate concisely both verbally and in writing with both internal and external clients
- A calm, helpful and professional approach
- IT competent, particularly with reference to the use of Word and Excel., Legal Secretaries: 1 year (preferred)

This role is based in Glasgow, but we would be open to the successful candidate working in any of our offices.
