Job Description

Requirements

You will have CIH Level 3 in Housing or HNC or equivalent in a relevant subject, or relevant housing experience.

Responsibilities

​You will assist the Lettings Team Leader in the provision of an effective and efficient voids management process as part of the Lettings Service.

The Individual

You will have relevant housing, supervisory and managing workloads experience. Excellent communication skills (written and oral), knowledge of Lettings procedures, IT skills, excellent organisational and administrative skills, the ability to motivate others and to work without supervision is essential. You will be able to attend evening/weekend meetings, as required.
