Lifestyle Assistant (Swimming Instructor)

Contributing to and delivering excellent customer service across Ayrshire360, the Lifestyle Assistant: Swimming Instructor will deliver the highest quality aquatics programmes, activities & services across our swimming pools. Working within a performance management and continuous improvement framework the postholder will strive to exceed the expectations of the Ayrshire360 Strategy and Delivery Plan., You will strive to exceed the expectations of our Strategic Vision and Corporate Delivery Plan and in doing so promote and recognise the importance of our vision and values;

With regards to requests for references and in line with this guidance, during your application process you should provide details of a minimum of two appropriate and relevant references, one of which should be from your current or most recent employer. It is also a requirement that the reference from your current or most recent employer is from an appropriate senior manager and it is not a reference from a former peer operating at the same level.
  
  Rate of Pay £15.35 - £16.07 per hour
Hours of work will be 6.25 hours per week as follows: Thursday 3.30pm - 5.45pm & Sunday 9.00am - 1.00pm
