Moving beef sides into chills (large fridges) and into the Boning Hall to be processed
Unloading lorries and weighing product in
Adhering to correct stock rotation procedure
Breaking down sides of beef using equipment and machinery
Working in a chilled environment
Working as part of a team to meet production demands and satisfy customer requirements Maintain Health, Safety, Hygiene and food quality standards in accordance with Company rules and regulations.
