Full Job Description

Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at problem-solving? If so, we want you to join our clients' team based in Aberdeen.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the transport of goods via air, sea, and road, ensuring timely deliveries.
Prepare customs and shipping documents (invoices, packing lists) in line with global import/export regulations.
Ensure compliance with customs rules and manage clients' HMRC records.
Liaise with freight forwarders to guarantee efficient goods movement.
Stay up to date on HMRC regulations, Incoterms, and customs codes.

What You'll Need:

2+ years in logistics, customs, or a similar role.
Strong customs knowledge.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
