perspectiveRegularly review equipment tracking system for errors and improve accuracy provided by the systemEnsuring tracking system is updated at time of dispatchQC of goods returning manifests to ensure temporary exports are closed you correcting with minimum errors and return imports are correct minimising amendmentsEnsure import and export documents are checked and filed in line with government requirementsAdhere to company policies procedures and business ethics codes including but not limited to, anti-bribery and foreign corrupt practices and ensures that they are communicated and implements.Assist with Audit preparation and monthly reportingAssist with Licence applications and reviewsAssist with Trade Compliance matters where necessaryPerform other duties as reasonably assigned by Logistics lead

Requirements:Minimum of 3 years' experience shipping, freight forwarding or similarMinimum of 6 standard grades or equivalent including English and MathsFamiliar with US, EU and UK Export licence controlsKnowledge of Trade Compliance basicsKnowledge of Import regimes IE IPR/RGR/ Duty PaidFamiliar with Dangerous Goods HandlingComprehensive understanding or shipping practices and handling methodsProven Imports and Export track record with international logisticsExperience within a busy environment with fluctuating activity levelsAble to prioritise work in a fast paced changing work environmentERP System Experience beneficial
