Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required., Boeing are looking for a Business & Facilities Support Specialist to support the Boeing teams based in Lossiemouth. Reporting to the Head of MRO, the Business & Facilities Support Specialist will work closely with the Operation Management team in this demanding and varied role. Responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming visitors and ensuring they are safe and compliant with local regulations
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing communication
• Managing access to Boeing areas and integrations with the Atlantic Building
• Processing visitor requests and ensuring planned visits are coordinated with the day to day operations in the facility
• Processing incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information
• Ordering and maintaining general office supplier
• Planning and implementing logistics for internal and external events and meetings
• Enduring the Boeing area of the facility is maintained in excellent condition
• Building a strong professional relationship with key people in the wider customer community at RAF Lossiemouth
  
  Fluent written and spoken English, User level knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of applications
• Quick to learn new systems
• Adaptable and ready to take on any challenge
• Proactive and responsible, will own a problem and find a solution
Experience and skills that would help with the role:
• Customer service
• Experience working in a Boeing Defence facility
• Experience working with Defence customers
• Experience with Facilities Management, This position requires an active UK Secret security Clearance for which the UK Government requires UK residency. The successful candidate will hold, or have the ability to acquire, Security Clearance (SC).
