Full Job Description

Our client, a global energy services business are looking for an experienced IT professional to join their team to provide direction and technical assistance to M365 platform users, with an emphasis on helping B2B guest users. Additionally, you will support the creation and execution of solutions that make use of Azure, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and other M365 tools and services.


  • Assist M365 users—particularly partners and external customers, with prompt and efficient resolution of access, functionality, and collaboration-related problems.
  • Create and update training materials and documentation for M365 users that include policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Oversee and troubleshoot the M365 platform, which includes Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and other integrations. As problems arise, escalate them.
  • Help with the creation and implementation of applications, forms, web elements, processes, and connectors that improve the M365 platform.
  • Contribute suggestions and comments while testing and assessing new M365 features and upgrades.
  • Participate in the M365 platform's governance and security, and make sure that all applicable rules and regulations are followed.

Naturally, I would be particularly keen to speak to people with proven experience in supporting and developing solutions on the M365 platform, and skills in related technologies like Azure and .Net. As you will be working with a diverse range of stakeholders and users, strong communication skills would be a positive.
