Maintenance Co-ordinator

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Co-ordinator. This is a Full time, permanent position located in Edinburgh, EH7 5RA. You'll enjoy a work week of Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. What the job involves for a Maintenance Co-ordinator: -

• The purpose of this role is to arrange and organise our trade team's workload. You will liaise between different departments and clients to ensure the optimum number of jobs are scheduled on a weekly basis for each of our trades people.
• Booking appointments for our team of in-house trades people
• Responding to email and telephone enquiries
• Creating quotes for client approval
• Ordering parts
• Checking safety certification and sending on job completion details.
  
  Administration skills and competent with Microsoft office
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good organisational skills and ability to multitask
• Team player and target driven
• Have the current legal right to work in the UK without restrictions
