Maintenance Handyman / woman

Perform general maintenance tasks to maintain full operational order
- Light gardening, sweeping leaves, pulling weeds, strimming/cutting grass etc

We are seeking a dedicated handyperson to join our short term let team, covering a group of properties in Livingston. The ideal candidate will have experience in garden and home maintenance, with a good eye for detail. Days and hours will vary depending on guest checkin/checkouts, but some weekend working is likely, and staff will be expected to work during school holiday periods., Proven experience as a maintenance/trade/handyperson or similar role
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in tasks
- Physical fitness and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, bend and move equipment/furniture as needed

- Driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential to be able to travel between properties (mileage will be paid)
