Full Job Description

As our next Maintenance Manager at Cityroomz Edinburgh:

You will support the team to ensure that the hotel is maintained to the agreed highest standards at all times so that all guests and team members benefit from a safe, well-presented and fully operational environment.

You will be managing all proactive and reactive maintenance, which includes general repairs, painting and decorating and emergency repairs. Having experience in one of more building trades such as plumbing/electrical/carpentry will be a great advantage.

We are looking for individuals that are able to work on their own initiative and have an excellent eye for detail when it comes to safety and guest experience.
